Tag Goals

Tag Goals let you set daily time targets for different types of content, helping you maintain a balanced consumption diet.

Creating a Tag Goal

  1. Go to your Goals section (visible in the sidebar)
  2. Click Add Goal
  3. Set a name (e.g., “Learning”)
  4. Select which tags count toward this goal
  5. Set a daily time target in minutes

You can also create goals via KiwiAI: “Create a goal for 60 minutes of learning content per day.”

How Goals Are Tracked

When you complete an item that has tags matching a goal:

  • The item’s duration is added to your daily progress for that goal
  • Your progress bar in the sidebar updates
  • Meeting all goals for the day counts toward your streak

Daily Streaks

FeedKiwi tracks a daily streak for completing your goals:

  • The streak counter appears in the sidebar header
  • A flame icon shows when today’s goals are complete
  • Streaks reset if you miss a day

Viewing Goals

Your current goal progress is always visible in the sidebar:

  • Progress bars show how close you are to each goal
  • Today’s stats card shows items completed and added

Tips

  • Start realistic: Set achievable goals (e.g., 30 min/day) and increase over time
  • Be specific: Create separate goals for different purposes (learning, fitness, etc.)
  • Use multiple tags: A goal can include multiple tags (e.g., “learning” goal tracks both “tech” and “science” tags)
