What is FeedKiwi?

FeedKiwi is a personal content management app that brings all your favorite content — YouTube videos, podcasts, blog posts, email newsletters, and more — into a single, organized feed.

The Problem

Content is everywhere. You subscribe to YouTube channels, follow podcasts, bookmark blog posts, and get email newsletters. But keeping track of it all is overwhelming:

  • YouTube recommendations pull you down rabbit holes
  • Podcast apps pile up hundreds of unplayed episodes
  • Browser bookmarks become a graveyard of “I’ll read this later”
  • Email newsletters get buried in your inbox

How FeedKiwi Helps

FeedKiwi gives you a structured system to consume content intentionally:

  1. Add your sources — YouTube channels, podcast feeds, RSS blogs, newsletters, and more
  2. Review your feed — New items from your sources appear in a single chronological feed
  3. Build your queue — Pick what you actually want to consume today
  4. Track progress — See your consumption stats, set daily goals, and build streaks

Key Concepts

Sources

Sources are the channels, feeds, and accounts you follow. FeedKiwi checks them for new content and adds items to your feed automatically.

The Three Buckets

Every content item lives in one of three places:

  • Feed — New, unreviewed items from your sources
  • Queue — Items you’ve chosen to consume (your daily plan)
  • Shelf — Items saved for later (your backlog)

Tags & Goals

Organize content with tags (e.g., “learning”, “entertainment”) and set daily time goals for each category to stay balanced.
